In Telugu: Datta stavAnni okE Asanam pai kUrchoni bhakthi-sradhhalatho prathirOjU thappakundA rOjuku 9 sArlu choppuna 40 rOjulu, lEda 21 rOjulu, lEda kanIsam 11 rOjulu pAtu pArAyanam chEstE, kOrina kOrkelu thIradamthOpAtu jayam, LAbham, yasassu, dhanam, mOksham prApthistAyi. (idi peddala mAta kUdA!)

If you could understand the above Telugu description, you may skip the English translated version as the original one is the above one. I translated the above Telugu text according to my understanding.
In English: Sitting in a single posture/asana (i.e., don't change your posture and don't change your place of prayer(don't getup or move from your place of prayer)) if you do parayanam(devotional prayer) with great devotion and attention(towards Lord Dattatreya) of this Datta stavam 9 times a day everyday without fail for 40 days or 21 days or atleast 11 days, then not only your asked wishes will be fulfilled but also you will attain benefits/gains in all fields, fame, wealth and moksham(liberation from the cycle of births and deaths).

Meaning of Datta stavam/stava (Meanings of the 9 slokas in order):

I pray to Lord Dattatreya, great divine spirit, who confers boons and protects
the devotees, who removes afflictions immediately of those who remember Him with
faith.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya, who is a friend of the poor, a sea of compassion,
cause of all causes and the protector of all those who remember Him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya, who is a shelter for the poor and afflicted and
grants deliverance immediately to those having firm devotion in him and remember
him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya, who is the destroyer of all useless and harmful
things and giver of all auspicious objects, the remover of all afflictions of
those who remember Him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya, well versed in the vedas, knower of the essence of
religion, who causes to increase the fame of His devotees who is giver of
whatever is needed by the devotees who remember Him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya who removes the quagmire of sins, lights up the flame
of wisdom, calms down distress and torment of those who remember Him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya who cures all diseases, heals all pain and removes all
calamities of those who remember Him sincerely.

I pray to Lord Dattatreya who is most excellent and liberates from the cycle of
birth and death in this world and who is the giver of bliss to those who
remember Him sincerely.

Those who recite this eulogy of Lord Dattatreya regularly and with faith, become
wise and attain victory, fame, fulfillment of all worldly desires and
achievements and finally get liberation from the bondage of life.

UTSAVA MURTHY OF LORD SRI MALAYAPPA(VENKATESWARA) WITH SRIDEVI AND BHUDEVI

The slOka( declared in brahmAnda purAnam and varAha purAnam ) written in Telugu language that you see in the header of this page transliterated to English is:

"vEnkatAdri samam sthAnam brahmAndE nAsti kinchana,
vEnkatEsa samO dEvO na bhUtO na bhavishyati"

which means...
"In this Universe there is no sacred place equivalent to Venkatadri(i.e.,There is no place in the whole Universe which is more auspicious than the hill Venkatachala). There is no God equivalent to Lord Venkateswara neither in the past nor in the future going to be(i.e.,There is no Archa murti (worshippable form) in all the three times (present,past and future) whose glories are comparable to the Lord of Venkatachala)"
